Adebayo Ademiluyi holds a Bachelor’s degree in political science and sociology obtained at Babcock University. He also has his master’s in managerial psychology at the University of Lagos and currently is enrolled for an MBA in entrepreneurship at Babcock University. He is currently the Managing Director at Ademakinwa Ademiluyi & Co. He is involved in improving upon existing processes for finance, business development, and human resource recruitment. His hands-on interests include an extensive review of Strategic customer relationship management and customer service handling skills, creating better platforms for Customer relationship management, increase reporting accuracy, and enhance timely business decision making for management. Prior to his time with Ademakinwa Ademiluyi & Co, he spent three years working for Airtel Nigeria a telecommunications and Molamak security service. He was involved in customer experience and operations, IT data center management, and reporting. One of the principles that guide his work ethic and a belief he imbibed from working with Airtel is to take initiative at every given point in time. Think faster, execute better, and work smarter.
